It is with great sadness and sorrow that the Islamic University of Najaf mourns the loss of life in Dhi Qar Governorate at the fire that destroyed the Imam Hussein Hospital, peace be upon him.
Islamic University prays to God Almighty to give the families of the martyrs patience and solace, to heal the wounded, and to protect Iraq and its people from all evil.
May God protect Iraq and its people, grant mercy and eternal life to the martyrs, and speedy recovery to the injured.
