On Wednesday morning, July 7, 2021, Dr. Ammar Abdul-Amir Al-Salami, the President of the Islamic University, received Prof. Dr. Mohsen Al-Abadi, the scientific assistant to the President of the University of Kufa.
As part of the meeting, they discussed strengthening the framework of scientific cooperation between Islamic University and University of Kufa and implementing the terms of the scientific agreement. Besides cooperation in the field of biological safety and security, which includes developing curricula and biological laboratories, as well as training teachers and students on how to deal with biological risks and reduce them.
Professor Ahmed Al-Azzam and Dr. Rahman Zbiba, Associate Deans of the Islamic University’s Faculty of Medical Technology and College of Veterinary Medicine attended the meeting. (HTH)
