On Sunday, May 30, 2021, the Faculty of Law organized a Google Meet panel discussion entitled “The Role of the Owners’ Association in Managing Shared Ownership of Floors and Apartments” for assistant teacher Iyad Muhammad Reda Aboudi Shalash.
It covered three topics:
1- The formation of an owners’ association can be influenced by the legislation to which it belongs. In accordance with the law regulating ownership of floors and apartments in buildings, No. 61 of 2000, the establishment of an owners’ association is mandatory, and not optional.
2- The owners’ association can manage the common areas of the ownership of floors and apartments due to its structure. (HTH)
