On Wednesday, May 26, 2021, the Faculty of Law invited assistant teacher Kawthar Saleh Mahdi Al-Mafraji to a panel discussion entitled: “Electronic Litigation between Theory and Practice” on Google Meet. It covered the following topics:
1- Identifying the advantages and disadvantages of electronic litigation and the challenges that the state faces if it is adopted as an alternative to traditional litigation.
2- The importance of electronic litigation in the midst of a pandemic, considering the pandemic as an opportunity to turn this into a reality to protect citizens from the Corona virus.
3- Identification of the most important Arab countries for the purpose of transferring their experience to Iraq by knowing the most important applications of electronic litigation there. (HTH)
