اقام قسم اللغة الانكليزي كلية تربية في الجامعة الاسلامية فرع  الديوانية حلقة نقاشية بعنوان: Teaching English through Literature))  للباحث (م. م مهند عاجل هادي)

وتضمنت عدة محاور:

_ المحور الأول 

The first part of the seminar deals with the concept of teaching, dividing the word itself into three parts: tethering, achievers and ingeniously. It also sheds light on the good techniques that the teacher should adopt so that his student will learn both the useful and the delightful.

_المحور الثاني

The second part deals with the English language and its significance in the world as a whole since it is it that makes the world be a small village along with technology.

_المحور الثالث

The third part scrutinizes literature as a fruitful means for a fruitful end, that is, English. The study states that literature can provide  EFL and ESL with these points: Authentic Material, Cultural Enrichment and Language Enrichment. The study concludes that
throughliterature, learners will be able to think in English; a fluency with perfect pronunciation and accurate grammar
