Dr Ahmed Alkhayyat:

An expert on wireless communications and stochastic modeling of networked systems. He holds a doctoral degree in electronics and communications engineering from Cankaya University (Turkey) and master level degrees in Digital Communication System from the DIT University (India). He has more than 4 years of experience in academic research. He is a senior researcher at Islamic University.

Field of interest:

His research interests include network coding, cognitive network, energy efficient routing algorithms  and energy efficient MAC protocol in cooperative wireless networks and wireless local area networks, as well as cross-layer designing for ad hoc networks.
